By using QuoteWorks, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Service description

QuoteWorks is a free platform that allows professionals and businesses to create, customise and send professional quotes to their clients. The service includes quote creation, client management, service catalogue and email notifications.

3. User account

To use QuoteWorks, you need to create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities carried out on your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform only for legitimate and professional purposes. It is prohibited to use QuoteWorks to send fraudulent content, spam or any misleading communication to your clients.

5. Data and privacy

The data you enter on the platform (clients, quotes, services) belongs to you. QuoteWorks does not sell or share this data with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

6. Service availability

QuoteWorks is provided "as is". While we strive to keep the service available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to carry out maintenance or updates without prior notice.

7. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, or parts of it, at any time. In the event of significant changes, we will notify users by email.

8. Limitation of liability

QuoteWorks is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of data or lost profits.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Portugal.
